Terms of Use

Last Updated: 16th April 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FlySociety website, including all associated pages, content, forms, and digital services made available through the website (the "Website"). The Website is operated by FlySociety, trading as FlySociety Private Aviation SL, with its principal office in Calle Bahia de Pollensa 5, 28042, Madrid, Spain, and with additional business presence in Lisbon and Dubai. By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Website.

1. About FlySociety

FlySociety is an air charter broker. FlySociety is not an aircraft operator, not a direct air carrier, and does not maintain operational control of aircraft. FlySociety acts as an intermediary on behalf of its clients, and all flights are operated by properly licensed third-party air carriers.

Nothing on this Website shall be interpreted as meaning that FlySociety itself operates aircraft or provides air transportation services as a carrier.

2. Purpose of the Website

This Website is provided to:

  • Present general information about FlySociety and its services;

  • Allow users to submit inquiries, charter requests, and quotation requests;

  • Facilitate initial communications relating to private aviation and related services;

  • Set the rules that apply to access to and use of the Website and its content; and

  • Communicate certain general commercial principles that may apply when a user requests information, a quotation, or brokerage assistance through the Website.

These Terms do not by themselves create a binding charter contract, air carriage contract, or guaranteed booking. Any specific charter brokerage engagement, booking, or related service may be subject to separate confirmation and/or a separate Aircraft Charter Brokerage Contract issued or accepted by FlySociety. To the extent there is any conflict between these Terms and a separately executed written agreement, the separately executed written agreement shall prevail.

3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

By using this Website, you confirm that you:

  • are at least 18 years old or otherwise legally capable of entering into binding agreements;

  • will use the Website only for lawful purposes;

  • will not use the Website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or interfere with another user's access or use.

You agree not to:

  • misuse the Website or knowingly introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful material;

  • attempt unauthorized access to the Website, server, hosting environment, or related databases;

  • scrape, reproduce, copy, distribute, or exploit Website content for commercial purposes without prior written consent;

  • submit false, misleading, or incomplete information through forms or inquiries.

4. No Reliance on Website Information

While we aim to keep the Website accurate and up to date, the Website content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FlySociety does not guarantee that:

  • The Website content is complete, accurate, current, and free from errors;

  • The Website will always be available and uninterrupted;

  • The Website or its server will be free from bugs, viruses, or other harmful components.

Any reliance you place on information available on the Website is strictly at your own risk.

5. Charter Inquiries and Quotations

Any request submitted through the Website is for information and brokerage-introduction purposes only and is non-binding unless and until FlySociety confirms the relevant service in writing. Nothing on the Website constitutes a firm offer capable of acceptance unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written communication issued by FlySociety.

All charter and related services remain subject to, among other things:

  • Aircraft availability;

  • Operator acceptance and operational approval;

  • Applicable law and regulatory requirements;

  • Airport permissions, permits, and slot availability;

  • Passenger identification, sanctions, customs, immigration, and other compliance checks;

  • Weather, safety, and operational limitations;

  • Final confirmation by the relevant licensed operating air carrier or service provider.

6. Broker Role and Third-Party Operators

FlySociety is an air charter broker and intermediary. FlySociety does not own, operate, maintain, or control aircraft, and is not a direct air carrier or contracting carrier unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

When you use the Website to request information, a quotation, or charter assistance, FlySociety may identify, introduce, coordinate with, and arrange services through licensed third-party operators and suppliers. Such services may include aircraft charter, ground transportation, lounge or terminal arrangements, helicopter transfers, onboard catering, and other ancillary travel or concierge-related services.

The actual flight operation is conducted by the relevant licensed aircraft operator or air carrier, which retains operational control of the aircraft and is responsible for flight safety and performance.

7. Pricing and Additional Costs

Any pricing, rate, estimate, or cost information displayed on the Website or communicated in response to a Website enquiry is indicative only unless expressly stated to be final in a separate written confirmation issued by FlySociety. Final pricing may vary depending on factors including routing, aircraft type, crew and operational requirements, schedule changes, airport charges, taxes, and ancillary services requested.

FlySociety reserves the right to revise or update any quotation before final confirmation where operational, regulatory, supplier, tax, currency, or commercial conditions change.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this Website, including text, graphics, design elements, branding, logos, photographs, videos, downloads, and layout, is owned by or licensed to FlySociety and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print Website content for personal or internal business reference only. You may not reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, display, or commercially exploit any Website content without FlySociety's prior written consent. "FlySociety" and all related names, logos, and branding elements are protected and may not be used without permission.

9. User Submissions

If you submit information through the Website, including via contact forms, quote requests, or other communications, you confirm that:

  • The information provided is accurate and not misleading;

  • You have the right to provide such information;

  • Your submission does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

FlySociety may use such information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, providing services, conducting internal analysis, and otherwise in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

10. Privacy and Cookies

Use of the Website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and any applicable Cookies Policy, which explain how personal data is collected, used, and protected. Where personal data is processed in connection with the Website, FlySociety will handle such data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data protection requirements.

11. Links to Third-Party Websites

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services for convenience and information purposes only. FlySociety has no control over the content, availability, or security of third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for them. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement, approval, or association unless expressly stated. Users access third-party websites at their own risk and should review the applicable terms and privacy notices of those websites.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlySociety excludes all warranties, representations, conditions, and liabilities that may otherwise apply to the Website or its content. FlySociety shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with:

  • malware, viruses, or other technologically harmful material;

  • acts or omissions of third-party operators, suppliers, or external service providers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlySociety, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of:

  • your misuse of the Website;

  • your breach of these Terms;

  • your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Suspension and Termination

FlySociety reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Website at any time and without notice if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms or misused the Website.
